Working principle:

When smoke enters the Venturi tube, it first passes through the contraction tube, where the smoke velocity gradually increases and reaches its highest value at the throat. The water droplets from the throat spray device are impacted by high-speed smoke and atomize into 100-200 μ The small water droplets of m fill the entire throat, and due to the high relative velocity between the water droplets and ash particles, the ash particles fully collide and contact with the small water droplets, adsorb the water droplets, and condense into larger ash particles.

After reaching the diffusion tube, the velocity of the flue gas gradually decreases, and most of the kinetic energy is converted into pressure energy, which then enters the centrifugal water film dust collector. The ash particles carried by the flue gas are separated under the action of centrifugal force and flow into the lower ash hopper. The ash pipe enters the hydraulic ash removal system through the water sealing device, and the purified flue gas flows out from the top of the water film dust collector.
