Working principle:

The release agent mist generated by the die-casting machine enters the pipeline through negative pressure suction by the fan, and enters the oil mist purifier at a certain transportation speed (16-20m/s). The mist entering the equipment first passes through a special mechanical structure of the equipment, intercepting the large molecule emulsion particles at the bottom of the equipment. The remaining particles are filtered by the first and second level stainless steel mesh filter elements and the third level H13 high-efficiency filter, and finally discharged into the room through the fan.

The separation system is equipped with an automatic spray system, which regularly cleans the particles that remain on the surface of the filter element to extend its lifespan. At the bottom of the separator, a liquid storage tank and a reflux pump are installed to control the high and low positions of the liquid. The reflux pump is then controlled by the control system to suction and stop working, allowing the collected liquid to return to the machine tool or the customer's designated location, thereby achieving recycling and reuse.
