Working principle:

Dust containing gas enters the filter chamber through the bottom opening flange, and coarse particles directly fall into the ash bin. The dust containing gas is filtered through the filter bag, and the dust stays on the surface of the filter bag. Clean gas enters the clean air room through the bag opening and is discharged into the atmosphere by a fan. When the dust on the surface of the filter bag increases, the programmable instrument begins to work. Open the pulse valve one by one to spray compressed air out of the nozzle, clean the filter bag, and suddenly expand the filter bag. Under the action of reverse airflow, the dust on the surface of the cloth bag quickly separates from the filter bag, falls into the ash bin, and is discharged by the ash discharge valve.
